- Women’s Career Strategies Initiative is a program designed to increase the retention and engagement of high-potential female associates and help with their successful transition to the next level.
- Leadership and career development programs for mid-level diverse professionals provide increased visibility to senior leadership, access to divisional sponsors and networking forums, and greater insight into promotion processes.
- New Analyst/Associate Welcome Event is an onboarding program for Black and Hispanic new hires, sponsored by senior leaders in their respective affinity networks, that presents in an accelerated fashion, the knowledge and experience that successful professionals have gleaned over the course of their careers.
- Top 50 in the City provides an opportunity for top female professionals in the financial services industry to network and engage in discussion on timely business topics.
- Affinity Network Leadership Conferences for diverse professionals enhance network building, feature important content on leadership development and career advancement and offer access to senior leaders across the firm.
- Religion and the Workplace Panel and Forums feature prominent religious leaders, executives and government officials who discuss the importance of recognizing and respecting the various beliefs and practices of each individual in our community.
